Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Yeilut LLC ("Yeilut", "we", "us") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming, United States. These Terms govern your use of the website yeilut.llc and the demo experiences available through it (together, the "Site").
2. Agreement
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old; the Site is intended for business use.
3. What the Site is
The Site describes Yeilut's AI front desk service and lets you try it: a chat assistant on the Site and a demo phone line (+1 888 365-0286) answered by our AI receptionist. Both are demonstrations of the product.
4. The paid service is governed by a separate agreement
Purchasing Yeilut's service requires a written Service Agreement signed by both parties. Pricing published on the Site is accurate as of its publication date, but nothing on the Site is a binding offer. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.
5. AI-generated content
The chat assistant and the demo phone line are automated AI systems, not humans. They aim to be accurate but can make mistakes. Their responses are informational only — they cannot modify pricing or terms, make promises on Yeilut's behalf, or form a contract. Do not share payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive data with them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits of the chat or phone line; use them to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content; probe or breach the Site's security; scrape or harvest data from the Site; or use the Site in violation of any applicable law, including telemarketing and recording laws.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Yeilut name, logo, mascot, and design — belong to Yeilut LLC. You may view and use the Site for its intended purpose; no other license is granted.
8. Third-party services
The Site links to third-party services (for example, our scheduling page). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control.
9. No warranties
The Site and its demos are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeilut LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the latest version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
