Privacy Policy

Who we are

Yeilut LLC, a Wyoming (US) limited liability company. This policy covers yeilut.llc and our demo phone line: what we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Chat messages. What you type into the Site's chat assistant is processed by the AI infrastructure providers that power it, to generate a response. Don't type sensitive information into the chat — the assistant will tell you the same.
• Demo phone calls. Calls to our number are answered by an AI receptionist. Calls may be recorded, transcribed, and stored by the voice-AI and telephony infrastructure providers that operate it. The receptionist tells you this at the start of the call; by continuing the call, you consent. We also receive your caller ID.
• Technical data. Like nearly every website, our hosting and abuse-prevention infrastructure processes IP addresses in server logs and rate-limiting systems.
• Analytics. We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics: anonymized, aggregated page-view data with identifiers that reset every 24 hours. We can't identify individual visitors from it.
• Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence.
• Scheduling. Booking a call happens on a third-party scheduling page under its own privacy policy.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie banner.

How we use it

To respond to you, to operate and improve the Site and the demo experiences, to follow up when you've shown interest in the service, to prevent abuse, and to comply with law.

Who we share it with

Service providers that operate parts of the Site for us — hosting and content delivery, AI model processing, voice and telephony infrastructure, scheduling, and analytics — each receiving only what its function requires. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transaction.

Our providers

• Site and analytics. Vercel hosts the Site and provides its cookieless analytics.
• Chat assistant. Moonshot AI processes the messages you type, to generate replies.
• Demo phone line. Retell AI answers our published number today, and handles the recording and transcription. We are also testing a second voice stack of our own, built on Twilio for telephony, Deepgram for speech recognition, ElevenLabs for speech, and Moonshot AI for the conversation. While both exist, a call is handled by one of the two, and the receptionist discloses recording either way.
• Scheduling and email. Cal.com runs the booking page under its own privacy policy. Google Workspace carries our email, including booking confirmations.

We name these rather than describing them in the abstract, so you can check them yourself before you talk to us. If you want to know which stack answered a specific call, or anything else about a provider, write to founder@yeilut.llc and we will tell you. A fuller list, including what each one receives, is in the Service Agreement for clients.

How long we keep it

We keep chat and call data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and correspondence as long as the relationship is active or the law requires.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing founder@yeilut.llc. We honor reasonable requests, and additional rights may apply depending on where you live. You can use the entire Site without chatting or calling.

Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
